Shipping & Returns
Items under 100 lbs will be shipped via UPS ground. All other orders will be shipped LTL, with an appointment scheduled by the freight company. Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days; however, during peak spring and summer months, this may increase.

White Glove Delivery: For an added convenience, White Glove Delivery agents will unload and place your furniture to the preferred location, and remove all shipping waste when completed. Not all orders qualify for White Glove. If interested, please call us for more information.

    Care Tips
    Aniline leather is naturally durable and grows more beautiful with age. Softer hides may develop wrinkles and marks with use over time, this is normal and not a cause for concern. In the same way that shoes need breaking in, so does your luxury leather sofa. Lightly dust and vacuum on a regular basis. Do not place your leather too close to a heat source, as it may crack and age prematurely. Protect your leather from direct sunlight. Avoid sitting on the arms, back or very edge of your leather furniture. Never use “standard” cleaning products to remove dust, spills, or stains from leather. Use a reputable and recognized professional leather specialist.
