We bought the Cannes Dining Set after looking at everything on the market. There was no doubt that this is the best outdoor dining table and seating for our backyard. We entertain alot, family and friends. We have had Thanksgiving as well as Passover Seders on this set. It seats 8 people very comfortably, everyone that has ever seen it and sat at it has loved it. We also have the large rectangle umbrella over it. We live in Southern California and it has been a blessing to have this umbrella, it lowers the temperature by at least twenty degrees or more. We also have the large Cannes sofa and chairs and tables in the yard. It's all beautiful and comfortable. You cannot find better furniture.

This deck furniture adds style and comfort to our yard. The grey wicker paired with the blue is a fresh take on standard patio furniture. The covers dry very quickly. Even the heavy pollen we received in New England this year was easily dusted off.

I'm a long time fan of RST Brand merchandise and customer service. In fact, it is the only brand I will buy online as their Portofino Comfort Deep Seating set was my first sizeable purchase sight unseen, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of each piece. I bought another set for my home. Having waited too long to write a review commending the product and customer service, I now can also attest to how wonderfully their product has held up even at the beach house with lots of people coming and going from beach and poolside. I'll add it's always a pleasure to hear how everyone loves the look when they come to visit and the comfort experienced sitting down to relax and chat. This summer, I decided to try a new set, Cannes, for another property which I thought might do well with this set of slightly smaller scale. I was not disappointed. Delivery was seamless, all arrived in perfect condition. An added bonus of purchasing through RST is responsive customer service that helps you order all you need and is clearly concerned with customer satisfaction.

Design, materials, packaging and ease-of-assembly all very good. Unfortunately, the starter completely stopped working after only about three weeks. Not a battery issue; simply no longer sparks, or even makes an audible click, when the button is depressed.

It's fine other than it is way too tall and ends up draping on the ground at least 6". I suppose designed in the desert where it doesn't rain. Here in Florida we have to have our pool deck drain otherwise it floods. This cover acts as a water and dirt catch. If I made these they would sit up off the ground 4".

This sofa looks really nice in our living room. We have four kittens that we need a low maintenance wood furnitures. The covers are washable and the color is so pretty.

Ordering was easy.. Notifications were quick. Ordered on July 24th and received it August 5th. Packaging was great! Not a single flaw! I put the first one together by myself.. little tricky with only two hands.. My neighbor stopped by and helped with the second piece. Had it together in less than 10 minutes! Just was good to have 4 hands but not necessary, lol All the holes lined up great. Material is wonderful. I

I purchased the 96" sofa and two side chairs. They went together quite easily and are solid and beautiful. I'm pleased with the quality. I would have been willing to pay a bit more to get reversible seat cushions however.

We love this outdoor dining set! Pros: - Seating for 8 - Comes with chair cushions - Sturdy and aesthetically pleasing - Arrived quickly - Arrived well-padded with no damage Cons: - The padding (styrofoam) is NOT recyclable or compostable, and there is A TON of it. - The chairs do not slide easily on our deck. We needed to purchase some hammer-in sliders. - Assembly of the set takes quite a bit of time. It is manageable for one person, but would be oh-so-much faster with two. - Chairs are not stackable, so they take up a LOT of space when not using. Bottom Line: Great set that we would recommend, but RST needs to do better with finding eco solutions for padding for shipping.

Wonderful table and chair. We're loving ours. I had trouble putting together some of the chairs and tore up some of the bolts (and my hand) using the hand allen key as the holes weren't always aligned as well as they could

It’s a beautiful set and well made from the frame to the cushions. It looks fabulous on our deck! Also very comfortable. I fell asleep on the sofa and at 9:30 pm my husband asked me if I was planning on sleeping outside overnight. Ha. I’d highly recommend.

The quality and look of this furniture is great. The cushions seem to provide a good amount of comfortable support and the depth of the seat is good for taller people as well (I'm 6'2). Very straightforward and easy assembly. Can't speak to the longevity, but overall great set out of box. On a side note, RST customer service has been awesome.

Quality materials and great looking. Installation did require several hours and some additional drilling of pilot holes to make it all fit. Overall we are very pleased with the whole set though.

We loved the look and quality of workmanship as well. Fits well on our small deck and has that mid century look we wanted . We are happy we took the leap !

Very easy to construct and very comfortable as well. It fits in perfectly on my deck. It hasn't been exposed to the sun for long so I am hoping the sunbrella fabric stays true to its reputation. Assuming it doesn't fade, it's a great buy.

Bought these to go with my Vaughn 5 pc. set. Thought they would make useful extra seating. They work well, are well designed, and well made.

I purchase two ottomans to complete the sofa and two chairs we purchased for our new screened porch on Martha’s Vineyard. We absolutely love the entire Vaughn product line. The cushions are thick and very comfortable. The covers are very soft and the color is even better than the picture on the website. I highly recommend this product line!

It protects the furniture and it’s easy to put on and off

Bought this to replace a cheaper cover that lasted just over 2 years. Decided to try the RST brand. So far it's holding well and keeps the dirt away. Hasn't rained since I purchased it. So remains to be seen what happens when rains start.

I love this couch. It’s nice and big so my husband can comfortably lay on it for a nap.

I purchased these chairs for our balcony deck in the Bahamas. They make a great comfortable chair to read a book in or just lounge for a while. They are also sturdy enough where the wind won’t blow them around but light enough to move.

I purchased this sofa as part of a set four years ago. It is very comfortable and has held up very well. It still looks almost new. The connector piece that attaches the two sections of the sofa together recently broke. RST Brands customer service responded quickly to my question and kindly offered to replace the connectors.

I could not be happier with this set. It is excellent quality and beautiful. Assembly of the chairs took time, but was very easy. I love the fact that the chairs are usable without cushions. We only bring them out when we have events. Highly recommend!

RST is a great company to work with...they helped me navigate the strict California laws about the Sunbrella material and sent me temporary cushions till the actual Sunbrella material gets re-formulated. So please with their customer service! Still waiting on the cushions but the temporary ones work perfectly fine till I get the others :) I would definitely do business with them again!

Love this table!! Tried another table first that was 3000 btu and the flame was only 2 inches high w no heat output for a large table. This is 5000 btu firepit and puts out the heat w beautiful flame!! It's also easy to replace propane tank w a slide out drawer!

Just received this set last week and set it up over the weekend. The stools come 90% assembled, it took about an hour to finish all the construction and the set was ready for dinner that night. Flames are great, stronger than I was expecting. Just ordered the natural gas conversion and customer service was great.

I purchased the Venetia 4 Piece Motion Fire Seating Set and am very happy with it so far! The sofa and chairs are very comfortable and I love that the chairs swivel. Minor assembly is required for the sofa and fire table but it wasn't difficult and I had everything put together in a few hours. The ignitor button on the table stopped working but customer service offered to replace it at no charge even though it isn't covered under the warranty!

I am so pleased with this outdoor side table! It's been difficult to find a round 24-inch outdoor side table that has the appearance of wood but is low maintenance. This same table was available on another popular furniture website for $340.00, then I found it on RST's website for $199.00! Made well, packaged nicely and easy to assemble. One recommendation I have is to refrain from tightening the legs too tightly until you add the bottom shelf. It will help with alignment and installation of the shelf; then, once the shelf is installed, you can tighten the leg screws. RST also had free shipping and the table was shipped right away and delivered to my home in just a couple of days! Might buy one more! Nice product and great customer service! FIVE STARS!!!

Product works as advertised. Great quality! They fit the furniture perfectly. I especially like the ventilation that keep condensation down. They make it possible to leave the cushion out and thus avoid the storage issue. Draw string help keep them in place.

I purchased these furniture covers in 2018 the fabric is of great quality they fit the furniture pieces perfectly and it definitely protects the furniture from water and the sun exposure. I think it was a great buy for the price. I recently got a rip on the cover for the fire place and the cover was out of warrantee i emailed customer service and they are willing to do a one time courtesy to replace all the covers i am absolutely going to buy more furniture from this brand in the future.

My patio furniture has held up beautifully. I do cover it in the winter and when it rains. If I can’t be there for that it stands up to the elements just fine.

We love our set. It fits perfectly on our patio. Customer Service was great. One chair had a minor damage when it arrived and they set a replacement one week later.

The ballistic nylon material used for the covers seems quite heavy and durable. However, the elastic cord that cinches them broke the second time I used them. Not so great.

These patio covers are working perfectly. They fit great, all 8 of them, as the photo shows and are a great color for outdoors, blending in with the landscaping and not being an obnoxious bright color. Right now they are covered with snow and are still perfectly in place. It can get very windy here so we did weight them down the covers with bags of salt and that is also working great. Otherwise, wind was getting under them and making them billow a lot. We are definitely very pleased with them and I'm sure when we take them off in the spring, that our beautiful RST Furniture will have come through the winter months splendidly!

All I can say is RST has the best customer service. The tie to one chair cover was broke so I called and they sent me not one but two replacement covers. I’m blown away.

The quality seems to be good. The only thing is these covers are cut just a tiny bit too tight. I would prefer a more generous fit similar to the sofa cover. Otherwise no complaints. Material seems to be durable.

So easy to put on, remove, and tighten around the bottom of the chair. They fit well and I like that there is mesh around the bottom for airflow. Very happy with purchase.

We bought the 5 piece Kooper club chair and ottoman set in sunset red. Shipping was fast, and everything was well packed and secured. Putting it all together was easy and easier yet if you treat your wood first before assembly. We love the quality and weight of the furniture and my wife loves the red color. The photos on the web page are accurate color representations for the sunset red. So far it is a great look on our patio and we can't wait to buy more matching pieces. I cannot comment yet on the covers we bought for winter protection, but I am sure they will be very durable from the feel and weight of them. Very happy customer!

I have four Kooper Club Chairs, the 72" sofa, two ottomans, and three side tables. The fabric I chose is Spa Blue. They are perfect! They are sturdy, and really good quality. Easy to clean and comfortable. I'm really happy with this set. They aren't too bulky and don't take up a lot of room. The wood color and finish is really nice.

So pretty, so comfortable. Putting together not as easy as thought. Had to re-drill some of the holes. Hope to buy more piece.

I would have liked the longer couches to have their own covers I stead of one that completely zippered together. It is made well though. Much better than the cheaper made amazon stuff.

Fabric itself is great but the cord to cinch the cover on the couch has already fallen apart and we’ve only used the covers for 6 weeks

Easy to put on and keeps the furniture dry. I recommend put a label on the inside to let you know which cover goes with each piece. I did it with a sharpie and it makes it easy to put the right one on each piece.

This is my second set of covers for the portofino furniture. The first lasted four years and was still protecting the furniture but was faded and starting to tear in some corners. Don't think you could ask for much more.
