Furniture is beautiful, comfy, and sturdy.

I very much like this furniture. My only complaint would be that the cushion seats aren’t reversible. That can be helpful if one side is wet from rain and the other side isn’t.

Beautiful set; contemporary, stylish, and very comfortable. We have it in a 3 season room and it’s substantial enough to be appropriate for indoors. Only reason that I haven’t given it 5 stars is that we do not yet have the complete set. We’re waiting on delivery of the two tables and cushion and pillow covers. Also, it’s quite new and don’t know how it will wear. However, we are very happy with the look and comfort of the set.

Best outdoor furniture Iv had by far!!

The set is quite nice. The only issue is that it is delivered in boxes I assembled - which had not been communicated and this requiring an additional expense to put it all together.

Ordered this set through Home Depot and had major delivery issues (Home Depot carrier lost my order). RST customer service was top notch in helping me re-order my set. In the future- I'll order DIRECTLY from RST Brand. I am obsessed with my patio set- it's exactly what we wanted. Looks nice & comfortable. Sunbrella fabric will last a long time.

The loungers were a great compliment to our Milo dining set for our pool deck. They are great quality and with the covers they should last for quite awhile.

Main issue is one of assembly bolts came stripped. Of course it was the last one installed but trying to disassemble and ship back a 100lb large table isn't ideal. Second issue was it came with dent in the corner of the table. Not a huge issue as it's small but it's there.

I had been looking for a contemporary outdoor dining set for a long time and couldn't find anything I liked that I could afford. Then I discovered the RST Brands Milo Espresso set. It looks great and was reasonably priced. I like the fact that it is not the same-old, same-old wrought iron or club chair look. It is high quality, light weight, and I think it will last a long time. The chairs are very comfortable. I was also pleased that it shipped free, arrived very quickly, and was easy to assemble. Good assembly instructions as well.

I love this set! It is beautiful!!! Well worth it and very comfortable! I would love the dining set but the price is very expensive. If the dining set was cheaper I would definitely consider buying it because I love matching sets. Also, buy the covers when you purchase the order. The covers I need are still sold out. Again though! I love this set!!!

Beautiful chairs that are comfortable too. I personally found the lumbar pillow too big to comfortably use (chair isn't deep enough to really need one), but perhaps might be useful if the back seat cushion compresses over time. The Spa blue is very nice - isn't a baby blue, but almost more of a light teal with some gray undertones. Minimal assembly required for the chairs (4 bolts to attach base pieces together and another 4 to attach metal base to chair). I always find it easier to use ratcheting or electric screwdriver with a hex bit or at least a full-size allen wrench for assembly but the one that's included would do the job. I think it probably only took me 10 minutes or so per chair to assemble everything. The back and accent cushions are simply inserted into zippered cases, but the bottom seat cushion requires more effort because of how it's designed. There are instructions that explain how to do it and there's also a video on the website - if you watch closely, you can see it takes a little effort to get all the velcro attachments aligned.

Great Wicker and a lightweight frame that is very durable. The Sunbrella cushion covers can be changed whenever we choose. We purchased the Spa color as well so we can change the entire look of the collection whenever we want.

We purchased these club chairs in addition to our set from RST Brands purchases made previously. The wicker is high quality and the cushion cover system sets RST Brands furniture apart. We also purchased the Spa color covers so we can have various looks through the season. Awesome idea!

Product is great. Availability is poor. Waiting months and months for replacement cushions. Take this into consideration when buying the product or you may be stuck.

This set is comfortable, sturdy, colorful and looks amazing on my patio.

The initial quality is excellent, easy to setup, and sturdy. We had a party this weekend and unexpectedly had a 150lb adult crawl onto the table. Someone from the party made a comment "That's not an Ikea table". The table didn't break or warp. The only potential negative could be the weight of the table and chairs. They are aluminum and so they are light weight. Our patio is covered very well, but there is a possibility of the wind catching the table or chairs.

Love this table! Very will built, packed well and little assembly. Color is great. Paired it with a tabletop fire pit and my kids are in heaven with evening s’mores! When looking for an outdoor table I required 8 seats and stackable chairs. This table met all my expectations. I have recieved compliments from every guest that’s been over. It’s too soon to tell how it holds up to weather; but I plan on bringing in the chairs for the winter and covering the table so it can last as long as possible. So far, highly recommend this.

It's a great looking set but I had a problem with the top flaking and chipping after only a few weeks. RST were extremely helpful and sent a replacement immediately. (FYI their customer service is fantastic! Real people answer the phone!) I strongly suggest you purchase directly from their site versus a third party. To be on the safe side I sealed the new top with a matt outdoor poly spray, it did not change the look and so far it's held up beautifully.

Big big umbrella. Gets the job done and is very easy to move around

First delivered was not functioning. It took a while to get a replacement with an extra stand left to be disposed of. Umbrella definitely NEEDs 2 handles to be operated with ease. Having one and needing to switch between opening and rotating is not comfortable especially in tight spaces. Not easy to fully open for smaller people and it requires standing on the plastic stand that may break eventually or under certain weight.

Apart from the few screws on the folding arms that worked themselves lose , this was a great purchase. A very versatile umbrella , good quality and has provided the shade we needed .

We wanted something modern yet comfortable for our new home. After looking for a long time we found this set. After a couple delays the company separated the order and shipped what was in stock. The rest arrived shortly after. The furniture was very well packed and although the boxes were huge it was so nice to have it arrive assembled! The tables were the only thing that required assembly and were easy-peasy. We love the look of it, the cushions are firm but comfortable. The chairs are really wide so take up a lot of space, we kind of have everything crammed in one area but making it work. Time will tell how it holds up to the AZ heat but is under our patio and will eventually have a shade so that will help. We have already received compliments “looks like a resort” which is the vibe we were going after.

I purchased this set in March this year (2020) and we absolutely love it! The entire set is extremely sturdy. The frame material is strong and has held up through our hot summer in KC. The cushion material has also done well and hasn’t faded or stained. It has nice deep seating so people don’t feel as if they’re oversized for the furniture. I saw a few people mention that it was too deep for them but I am 5’8” and it’s super comfy. The couch is so awesome I catch my husband taking naps on it on the weekends. We just purchased an additional couch to go with our set since our house has become the place to be on the weekends.

My wife and I have been searching for quite a while for the perfect set for our recently redone deck. Came across this set online and instantly liked it. It was a different look...so we went for it while the presidents day sale was on. Making these online purchases for larger ticket items is a little tough without seeing and feeling the item but this is a winner! Very pleased! One chair did come with a bent leg which we quickly received a replacement chair. Customer support was great, and quick with sending a replacement out. On another note, leaving the furniture out in the rain, we were very pleasantly surprised that with the design of the cushions that they dry very fast. Its a great design and very comfortable. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase and look forward to enjoying it for years to come.

We purchased a 7pc dining table from Costco, Portofino Modern collection, which was the set before this Sling collection. The Modern collection came with stone glass table top, which was unique and looked awesome on our deck. However, after two years, it had some oil stains from our constant BBQ'ing and we reached out to RST and they said they had discontinued the stone glass table top and would send us this brand new Portofino Sling 9pc table + 2 chairs as courtesy, even though our warranty had expired! Needless to say, we were very impressed with RST - it's a company that stands behind its products!

Table arrived on time. Two chairs were damaged and Costco took care of it. Quality looks good but we will see how it holds outside.

These are so comfortable. We love them. Also very stable so you can get on and off them easily. We replaced an old lounger that I was alway very nervous about using.

We are 100% satisfied with our purchase. The chaise lounges arrived a few days later than we expected, but it was worth the wait. No assembly required! They are sturdy and look Fantastic. We ordered a waterproof cover to protect the cushions from Florida’s daily summer rain. Hooray for no rust aluminum!

Purchase the Portofino Casual 4pc Loveseat Group - Laguna Blue. The set is really nice. A couple of the cushions may have shift during shipping and were slightly matted. Extremely easy warranty process. They stand behind their product. I emailed a picture and they sent a new cushion. The set is comfortable and looks great.

Good quality. It arrived well-packed (several HUGE boxes) and mostly assembled except for fire-table. Fire-table was somewhat hard to assemble. Overall, its a great set though.

The Cannes is a good looking and comfortable set, however in less than one month we have seen some melting issues with the tops of both tables. Think it may have been from sunlight refracting thru a flower base or drinking glass, but would expect more durability from outdoor furniture. Have had a Milea set outdoors since 2020 with no issues. Somewhat disappointed.

This set is not as comfortable as we'd hoped. The seat cushions are hard and not suspended on springs or mesh. The rockers are closer to the rocking toys on playgrounds, not the gliders I fell in love with in person at Mathis Bros (no longer available). It's fine. It will do. But we would have passed if we'd been able to see and sit on this in person. That's what you get for buying online.

We love our sectional piece. The different chairs accommodate all our guests for our classic bbq nights. They weather all seasons quite nicely and are so comfortable. We can’t say enough about customer service either. We had to replace sectional clips that broke during some yard work and they were prompt and accommodating

I purchased this set in spring 2020. Upon arrival, 2 of the pieces were damaged but the customer service team immediately ordered replacements which arrived quickly. About 9 months later, I had issues with staining of the fabric and customer service once again remedied the situation quickly by ordering replacement cushion covers free of charge.

We purchased the Cannes 6 piece sectional and table set and the Cannes dining set (8 chairs and table) in April 2017. We love the furniture- quality and style! We recently broke a couple of the connectors while moving the furniture and RST provided replacement clips so great ongoing customer service as well! Overall would highly recommend both sets!

The set is beautiful and was easy to put together. Really happy with the selection. We've only had it a week, so not sure how it will weather etc. In terms of improvements, I would like to see the ability to Velcro or tie in the seat cushion to prevent cushion movement. Otherwise, the set is comfortable and beautiful and I'm delighted!

I absolutely love my sectional patio set. It is comfortable, fits perfect on the patio and is beautiful in red. It took awhile for me to choose the perfect set. I would recommend RST and this sectional to anyone. I also like that I can change out the color of covers for the cushions. I love the red and will wait to switch out the color. If you have to wait for delivery it is well worth it.

We purchased this set in 2012. It has held up very well through kids and wear and tear. The red fabric faded in some places, but admittedly we were not careful to protect it from the sun. After 8 years of use, I contacted RST to try to replace the cushion covers. There was a mix-up, but RST went above and beyond to make sure I had the correct cushions and covers. The new covers are soft Sunbrella fabrics that look and feel great. I recommend this set and RST!

New deck furniture is of high quality manufacturing , the wicker material is quite robust and looks like it will stand the test of time . Seat cushions are quite firm , high density foam ,and quite thick unlike others we viewed back pillows are malleable to the contours of your body. Setting it up was quite simple as all the original cushions are black and you fit the coloured cushions provided to match the color decor you selected . We are very pleased with purchase. Looks and feels great .

It’s good not great. With the pillows on the couch the width is narrow and not real comfortable for sitting.

We ordered in spa blue. Very happy with this set. Great quality. Highly recommend! The spa blue color is actually more of a blue/green depending on the lighting or sunlight at the time. That was different than the color didplayed on our devices. Still a lovely, tranquil color but I suggest waitjng until you receive the furniture before purchasing decorative accents so that you're sure of the color match.

Really like this set. Cushion covers are a bit difficult to put on. Because of the Velcro However, I discovered that the cushion covers were easier to install with the plastic left ON. Once they're on it's easy to take the plastic off. Comfortable set. Fast delivery.

So easy to use and adjust. Giant size but one person can easily adjust.

We are very pleased with our umbrella! The ease of opening and closing is a big plus. Quantity is very good also. I would recommend to everyone.

We love it! Provides a huge amount of shade! The cantilever design means that shade is where you need it. It’s great to extend the umbrella over the pool for swimmers enjoyment or help water temperature control.

First off I only gave 4 stars because there is always room for improvement!!! We just put this up on our pool deck so I can't speak to the longevity of the product. Pros: 1. Well packed arrived quickly via Fedex, only some slight scuff damage to the boxes but no damage to the contents. 2. The base was fairly easy to put 50# of sand in each of the four containers( 200# total), holes to pour sand in large enough that you can use a 2 gallon bucket with a pour spout to easily get the sand in. 3. Fairly easy to put together. 2 people required to put the umbrella on the base stub. 4. Base rolls nicely around on our pool deck (concrete), like that the wheels are rubber coated so that should alleviate any damage to deck coatings. (We just had our pool deck and patio covered with a polyaspartic coating, hopefully no mars from the umbrella base wheels) 5. Aesthetically pleasing to the eye once installed. Cons: 1. No instructions for putting the umbrella canopy on the umbrella frame/post. There was loose hardware in the box that the umbrella frame/post came in. luckily we were able to figure out where they went once we got it all put together. An instruction sheet for where that hardware goes and how to put the canopy on the umbrella frame would be a plus as some folks are not mechanically minded. 2. Don't like the fact that the top hole of the canopy is just rough cut (once you slide it on the frame there is a big plastic screw flange that screws down into the frame to hold the canopy in place). This hole should be finish sewn instead of just rough cut, I'm concerned that would be a good place for the fabric to tear/rip. Conclusion: So far overall we are pleased with the base/umbrella. Hoping it holds up in the long run. We did purchase another umbrella and some Vaughan chaise lounges that have yet to ship, once we get it all setup, I will do a follow up post with pictures. This 10 ft Portofino Resort umbrella is our second one for our patio. We use it to compliment the 12 ft umbrella and keep it placed over our pool to create a shady spot for baby swimmers. The paint, mechanics, and finish are great. We live 500 feet from the ocean and anticipate it will corrode at some point, but seems very well built. I just spray it down inside and out to wash the salt residue off of the mechanics. The base is stable with four container compartments to fill with rock, sand, or water. I did Mexican River Rock from Home Depot and added water in each “pod.” This created a very stable and heavy base. The Sunbrella fabric is great, we love the umbrella brand….worth the extra dollars. Wait for it to go on sale if you can….great savings!

All 4 of these barstools look stunning with our bar, and i love how they are adjustable to go to a perfect height. They are so comfortable, even with the lower back! I have gotten so many compliments on these, everyone immediately makes a comment on how minimalistic they look but how sharp they are! This is a great sofa, comfortable, lightweight and easy to move so it never scratches our new deck. It held up great over its first winter under the perfectly fit couch cover. However, when we uncovered it this spring we found a mouse had made a home in one of the cushions and ripped a large hole in it. After contacting RST to see if I could buy a replacement cushion, they quickly responded and offered to send a new one out for only this review!

Very sturdy and beautiful. I especially like the covers on the bar seats where your feet would rest on the wicker (protects the wicker from breaking) and I also like how you can adjust the legs so it’s not wobbly.

I bought this piece 2 years ago and it's comfortable and still looks amazing. I went to wash the cover and the inner material was disintegrated so I called RST to see if they would cover. They were fast and responded to my inquiry right away and were very helpful. The quality of this product combined with the customer service makes me want to order all of my outdoor furniture from RST.

Impressed with the way this set was wrapped, boxed and bundled. Easy to assemble. We absolutely love this Portofino Sling set. It is unlike anything else out there. It is chic and stylish and fits perfectly in our new space. The cushions are firm yet comfortable. I cannot comment as to how it will hold up as we just started using it. We did invest in the covers for it which I would recommend. They are heavy canvas and fit the pieces so well. So happy we invested in this set. We couldn’t be happier. This is a beautiful patio set. The cushions are perfectly comfy and the size is generous. We had an issue with the fabric but customer service was very responsive and helped to correct the problem. We love the look of an upholstered furniture piece outside and would highly recommend.

We purchased RST Brands Cannes 9-Piece Wicker Patio Dining Set with Bliss Blue Cushions couple years ago and absolutely love it. Very comfortable and looks great on backyard. Perfect for outside brunches with the family. We had an issue recently with some unexpected weather damage, and Jesikah in customer service was extremely helpful. She responded immediately to our issues and resolved within 24 hours. We are very happy with our experience and would not hesitate to purchase again. In fact we are going to be purchasing more furniture from RST Brands as soon as the pool is constructed to expand and compliment our current furniture and add to our backyard set.

We use this set at our boathouse and love it. Very comfortable and excellent quality. The cushions feel great and you cannot go wrong with the sumbrella fabric.

Furniture is a good quality. The love seat is sagging a little bit but all in all good product. The 4 stars came from customer service. It really needs to be worked on. The delivery and quality of packaging was excellent.

It is absolutely wonderful. We love everything about it and have enjoyed it to the fullest. Just wish we had bought it sooner. And we are very anxious to get the covers that go with it that seem to be out of stock. It would be nice to be able to have those when we put things away for the winter months.

Absolutely love my 5pc set! So much so I'm considering buying more as pool deck is large. SunBrella fabric has been around for years & its a trusted brand in the outdoor furniture industry. Comfortable too! Besides, I just love looking at it💕 Also makes me want to have friends & a party too!
