Very sturdy and beautiful. I especially like the covers on the bar seats where your feet would rest on the wicker (protects the wicker from breaking) and I also like how you can adjust the legs so it’s not wobbly.

I bought this piece 2 years ago and it's comfortable and still looks amazing. I went to wash the cover and the inner material was disintegrated so I called RST to see if they would cover. They were fast and responded to my inquiry right away and were very helpful. The quality of this product combined with the customer service makes me want to order all of my outdoor furniture from RST.

Impressed with the way this set was wrapped, boxed and bundled. Easy to assemble. We absolutely love this Portofino Sling set. It is unlike anything else out there. It is chic and stylish and fits perfectly in our new space. The cushions are firm yet comfortable. I cannot comment as to how it will hold up as we just started using it. We did invest in the covers for it which I would recommend. They are heavy canvas and fit the pieces so well. So happy we invested in this set. We couldn’t be happier. Customer service was also great to work with and easy to contact.

Never have I been so impressed with the delivery experience, quality, styling and packaging of a purchase. We ordered the Portofino 8 piece sling set and it is absolutely gorgeous. The cushions are wonderfully comfortable, the assembly was a snap, they are lightweight but very sturdy. It has completed our patio to perfection

This is a beautiful patio set. The cushions are perfectly comfy and the size is generous. We had an issue with the fabric but customer service was very responsive and helped to correct the problem. We love the look of an upholstered furniture piece outside and would highly recommend.

We purchased RST Brands Cannes 9-Piece Wicker Patio Dining Set with Bliss Blue Cushions couple years ago and absolutely love it. Very comfortable and looks great on backyard. Perfect for outside brunches with the family. We had an issue recently with some unexpected weather damage, and Jesikah in customer service was extremely helpful. She responded immediately to our issues and resolved within 24 hours. We are very happy with our experience and would not hesitate to purchase again. In fact we are going to be purchasing more furniture from RST Brands as soon as the pool is constructed to expand and compliment our current furniture and add to our backyard set.

The fabric is so nice and the cushions are really comfortable.

We use this set at our boathouse and love it. Very comfortable and excellent quality. The cushions feel great and you cannot go wrong with the sumbrella fabric.

Furniture is a good quality. The love seat is sagging a little bit but all in all good product. The 4 stars came from customer service. It really needs to be worked on. The delivery and quality of packaging was excellent.

It is absolutely wonderful. We love everything about it and have enjoyed it to the fullest. Just wish we had bought it sooner. And we are very anxious to get the covers that go with it that seem to be out of stock. It would be nice to be able to have those when we put things away for the winter months.

My Cannes chairs and ottomans are wonderful! They are very well made. I couldn’t be happier with their quality, ease of ordering and delivery. Bonus-they came with extra cushions so I didn’t here to order separately.

I found that putting the chairs together (bottom and chair together) was very difficult as instructions were not clear. Had to take apart several times to make them functional. Really liked them when I got them together.

We're delighted with the quality of the Sunbrella Fabric used for this set, however the tables could have had a hard surface to help prevent spills from sitting glasses on uneven surfaces. Overall great quality!

A neighbor gave me 2 Club Chairs they were not using and yet new ottomans match perfectly.

Comfortable Easy to assemble

This patio dining set is well made, and light enough for us to disassemble and put away for the winter. The chairs are quite comfortable, and the cushions are easily removable for storage. It was well packaged and had no shipping damage, despite being shipped to us from all the way across the country! My only complaint was the long 4 week shipping time and lack of accurate tracking information provided by the carrier. It did not arrive on the scheduled delivery date, and no explanation was given. We had to re-schedule the delivery to the following week, when it finally arrived.

Long-term review here: bought this set in maxim beige through Wayfair, and couldn't be happier. Third summer and still looks and feels new. Fabric color hasn't faded at all and cushions are very easy to keep clean. Great buy.

We love our 8 piece outdoor set from RST! Best quality for the money

I ordered this set from a retail store and fell in love with it when it arrived. It required very little set up and looks great on our new patio...very sturdy and comfortable! I was disappointed in the color of the cushions (they said they were blue but they were more green than blue), so I called the store I bought them at. They connected me with Chelsea from the RST customer service team, and she was very helpful and offered to send me another color free. Great furniture, great service!

Great quality and appreciate that it comes mostly assembled (only had to put covers on the cushions). It’s very comfortable, lightweight and seats 4 people comfortably. The beautiful Sunbrella cushion covers come off and clean up very nicely.

The seating set is great and these ottomans are the perfect complement. Well made and useful, They perfectly match the sofa and chairs.

Beautiful love seat and ottoman. No assembly (except for cushion covers) and well built. I have other items from this collection and they have held up very well over the years. I chose the spa blue for the cushions and they have hardly faded over the years. And the cushion covers are washable. Highly recommend.

I love the Deco line of patio furniture. I purchased a large number of pieces, last summer, but they were housed on about 1,000 s.f. of deck, so we had to leave most of it when our home sold. Fast forward to this spring - we had to have a patio poured, since this house had too small of an area to put anything on. I purchased more Deco furniture - same frames and fabric, because I love the dark brown frames and spa blue covers together. Aside from some missing covers, which have since been supplied, the delivery folks were great, and we are very happy with our purchase. RST has great customer service, as well!!

We are very happy we chose RST brands for our deck furniture. It is well made and fits nicely in our outdoor living space. We also got the bar height table and chairs and the 8 seat dining set. It all looks fantastic. The customer service was great too. One of the legs on the dining table was damaged during delivery and they promptly sent replacement parts.

Just ordered replacement cushion covers for our Deco 8pc set with sofa. Originally purchased from another retailer in 2014 with Red ‘Sunbrella like’ material. They were pretty high quality but the red eventually faded quite a bit. Waited over a year and finally caught the Sunbrella covers on sale so purchased a new set in Navy. Beautiful and high quality- softer than our old ones- will be thrilled if these last 8-10 yrs. On covered deck South facing- put out from April through October then bring the entire set inside for the winter. This furniture is still like new after 10 years. Curious to see how the actual Sunbrella fabric holds up. Highly recommend and would purchase from RST again.

Never had a bad product from RST.

We absolutely love this dining set! The look of the dark color along with the red cushions is very eye catching. This table is quite heavy and very good quality. We live an area that gets incredibly high winds from time to time and this table and chair set has withstood being flipped more than once without sustaining any damage. We have had this table for 2.5 years and it is still in excellent condition. I like it so much I am now buying more pieces to accompany it.

This is a really nice sturdy table . It matched my other table & RST couch even though they are 3 years older than the new table- no fading . It was easy to assemble & is a good size - not too big or too small.

Easy to assemble and looks great!

The stools finally came in..... two of the seats were faulty; broken weave material in seat area and exposed staples in arm rest area. The weave is much thinner and cheaper than I expected for this price point... over all we are Ok with the stools but touch and feel shopping will be our next method versus online crapshot...

We love these barstools! We just added an outdoor kitchen with a bar. These stools work perfectly for the space. Plus, given how streamlined they are, they work well for people both sitting and standing around the bar at the same time. Love them!

Nice quality covers. First set was ‘Sunbrella -like’ material in red. Lasted 9 years and cushions were really fading. Material a little tacky feeling to the touch. Just purchased replacement covers in Sunbrella Navy- softer and very nice quality- will see if we can get another 8-10 years. Cushions still in great shape- we use this set almost daily for 6-7 months.

Our first covers lasted 5 years with lots of washings. Very durable.

The covers were so easy to put on and the color green is so appropriate for our NW landscape.

Very nice covers. High quality fabric. Had a small problem with the lumbar pillow cover - fabric gapped because zipper was not sewn properly. Contacted customer service, who bent over backwards to get me a new cover. Really nice to deal with such great customer service - it has become a rarity. Five stars knocked to four only because I had to get a replacement.

Very well made, looks great, gives us the shade we need and makes our outdoor living space complete. It was a little hard to open the first time or two but it became easier after that.

The umbrella works well until you want to move it, then it is very difficult because it has tiny wheels that require that you tilt is a lot to be able to move it, which is very difficult if the base is reasonably full of gravel or sand. It would not take much to redesign the wheels so they are larger and could be activated with a step lever to make this a much better product. Also, the pictures show 4 wheels per side but there are only two. If you need to move this from time to time look for a different model.

This is a great product and has worked well for the few weeks we've had it. Prior to receiving the umbrella I read the product reviews and took the advice to get a funnel to assist with filling the base with gravel. We bought a funnel from Home Depot, along with the fine pebble gravel and that made the job easier. It was still a two person job and difficult to disperse the gravel evenly. I'm also not sure as to how we will empty the gravel if we ever need to. The base is also a bit difficult to move. I thought it was going to have retractable wheels, which was one of the selling features I liked so much, but it does not come with those. In order to move it you have to tilt it on it's side where there are two little wheels and either push or pull it. Otherwise, the. umbrella works well, looks nice and we really like how adjustable it is.

Directions on assembling could have been better. Make sure that the tie at the top is to the side or the front because if you place it at the back where the arm is, it can and does interfer with operation of the umbrella. This is a 2 person job and a ladder is helpful. But looks nice.

Purchased a 10 ft umbrella about 5 years ago. The base and umbrella are very sturdy and mechanism works well. The only issue is the ribs of the umbrella come out of the fabric tabs when umbrella is closed and each one has to be placed back in the tabs before it can be opened. I wish there was a better solution for this problem but overall, very good quality product.

Pros: Easy to assemble, appears to be good quality, easy to operate Cons: Wheels very small makes it a bit hard to move. Larger wheels or better yet wheels that could be activated so you don't have to tip the umbrella to move it. When you tip the umbrells to move it the sand or gravel slides down to one end. Then it can be very difficult to tip the other way With these minor changes, especially the wheels, would make this a great umbrella! Only one crank handle but two places to use it. Not a huge deal, but it would be better to have 2

After months of reviewing large, outdoor cantilevered umbrellas, I took a chance on the RST 10-foot round umbrella. We already had some RST outdoor furniture. We have had three umbrellas previously, but we always were able to have people deliver and assemble those umbrellas. However, our local patio store went out of business, so buying an umbrella online, with no professional assembly available, looked to be the most likely choice for this purchase. The good news: the RST 10-foot outdoor cantilevered umbrella requires very little assembly. I just needed help lifting the unit, after assembled, due to its height. So, I enlisted two tall friends. Another big plus, this umbrella will take water in the base, in place of 200 pounds of sand, for stabilization against wind. You do need a very heavy base for large, outdoor cantilevered umbrellas; however, transporting the sand, adding the sand to the base, and getting rid of the sand when the umbrella gets old and stops working are not that easy for one single person to accomplish. So just adding water and then replenishing the water every so often as the water evaporates slightly is so-o-o-o much simpler. In addition, I am quite sure that draining the water in the umbrella's base in place of getting rid of 200 pounds of sand at the end of the umbrella's life also will be far easier. The RST umbrella works a little differently than our previous umbrellas but is just as easy to open and close, is easy to shift around to shade different spots, and is easy to cover when closed. In addition, this unit is on wheels, so hopefully, if we ever wanted to move the unit, we could. We have not tried as of yet. Finally, we have not had the umbrella long enough to comment on how well it wears in weather; we live at the beach. But our other cantilevered umbrellas stood up well to the salt air and moisture, and this umbrella is made of strong, sturdy material like the previous umbrellas. So I have high hopes. All in all, I could not be happier with this RST 10-foot, round, cantilevered outdoor umbrella. And, for a final plus, the umbrella matches our RST outdoor furniture which was not the initial intention. We love the furniture as well!!

Purchased our estate set from RST last year and our family loves it. Quality is very good and it holds up great. Covers are a must. Every time time we have talked to customer service with a question or concern, they have been excellent to work with and very helpful.

This is a great umbrella. We filled up the base with sand as described. Use a cutoff gallon plastic milk jug as a funnel for the sand. Works very well. Learn how to work the different positions and angles as it is very versatile. We actually had a small issue with the umbrella as a part came loose. We talked with RST and they said it actually couldn't be repaired. So, they offered to send us a whole new canopy- not the entire product- just the canopy, where the issue is. We have gladly and happily accepted this offer. Very much appreciate this outstanding customer service by RST. Looking forward to continued enjoyment of the umbrella once they send the replacement! I had my patio umbrella in cement in the ground. This works better because it’s mobile.

Very nice table, big enough for two with serving platters, 3 or 4 with just plates and salad bowls. Assembly was a bit awkward thus not giving 5 stars, but super sturdy. Need a good cover for it in grey.

The loungers are extremely comfortable. We had one damaged in shipping and the company shipped a replacement frame, no questions asked. So far very happy.

We love you so much we got another set of two more. They are sturdy and extremely comfortable and we suspect they will last for a long time.

We love our new Fire pit! It is of the best quality, most attractive and accommodating. We are 110% satisfied!

We've been looking at a variety of LP fire tables for our deck and came across rst brands at Costco. The table arrived unassembled and packaged in two cartons. Assembly was straightforward for a handy person; 45 minutes and was hampered by some of the bolt hole assemblies which were awkward and a few of the parts were not completely square. The assembly could have been facilitated had the parts been labeled with stickers (figure it out from the illustrations). Operation is simple with the built-in ignitor, the flames are attractive, and the unit gives off a reasonable amount of heat. This unit seems to have smaller flames under higher pressure than other fire pits and is less "fire like" except in the very center; flame sizes range between 3-5 inches on the edge to 8-10" at the center depending on the gas setting. Overall, it is an attractive, reasonably high quality fire table with a black granite top, a nice stainless steel burner insert and it comes complete with a vinyl cover.

We are VERY happy with our fire table (as well as our new Cannes deck furniture!).

I had to wait for them to come back in stock, but they were worth the wait! We use them daily.

They are very deep so definitely need the lumbar pillow. Would be fine for tall person but I am short :) Love that I can "curl" up in them!

Just received Deco Fire Chat Set and VERY pleased with the look and quality of the set. The purchased custom covers are of a high quality as well. Would like to give a shout out to Braxton Po who helped me through the order process and as Special shout out to Kelli Monteith who expedited a replacement Fire Table that was damaged in freight. We’ve had our furniture for 3 years and it looks as good as new. We actually don’t cover it and baby it as we should and it still looks great! It sits outside in the hot Sun, rain and winter weather in AR. I’ve recommended the furniture to several people. Our daughter has it in CA too.

We ordered two Motion Chairs to match our Club Chairs with ottomans in our lanai. The Motion Chairs allow us to easily turn and face our pool and vista. Very happy with the quality of everything we ordered from RST.

Chairs seem like good quality. They seem a little stiff and don't swivel and rock as much as expected. Also, the picture shows grey cushions but they shipped black cushions. Don't know why.

Two years later, still absolutely love this furniture, especially the swivel chairs cushions and covers are fantastic, cushions are easy to clean. The set has held up beautifully. Definitely recommend the covers. So durable and no signs of dry rot after 2 years like a different brand I purchased for our dining table. Great customer service when I had questions when I ordered. Very nice set of swivel chairs, love it!!

I love these cushions! I bought some covers from Wayfair thinking that I was getting cushions. You can imagine my surprise when they were just covers. I called Wayfair to find out what cushions to get and they were wildly unhelpful. I searched the web for the company that made the covers. Gave RST a call and the sales department helped me find the correct inserts for the covers, even sending me the web links to them so I could easily find them. The cushions are firm but not too hard and the covers dry quickly after a rain. Very happy with everything now and will order direct from RST from now on.

Expensive- but after 7 yrs my bottom cushions turned green with mildew and could not be cleaned- the underlying cushion was in great shape- all I really needed was a new cushion cover but They do not sell that

Love the quality of this furniture. It came assembled with the exception of the small table, which was super easy. The pillow covers fit nice and snug! It’s very beautiful and invites me to come and relax with coffee every morning! A great way to start my day.

I love the Barcelo 7PC Motion Club deep seating set in Navy Blue. I was having a difficult time choosing between a Wicker or a Metal seating set and this set combines both. The Navy color is accurately depicted on the picture as are the throw pillows. The description of the motion chairs on the website is a bit vague. They do rotate nicely but they only slightly rock, not a true rocking chair nor glider. All pieces of the furniture are comfortable. The support under the cushions is solid straps, not wicker, which is good and will hold the support much longer and should not stretch out. The tables are solid and very nice. Everything came assembled except one small table, and you do have to put the cushion covers on. Do follow the cushion directions for correct fit. This is a Beautiful seating set and the customer experience with RST has been fantastic.

The chairs are beautiful. Very high quality and came already assembled. You have to put the covers on the cushions, which is a little cumbersome. They fit very tightly. Overall we have had them for about 3 months now and use them almost daily. The are under our lanai so weather isn’t an issue. Would definitely recommend them.

This set was a great price, shipped in just a few days, and arrived a few days earlier than expected. It was relatively easy to assemble. The set is very comfortable without the cushions, but with the included cushions, it is super comfy. Love that the headrest included with the cushion set can be flipped back so that you can lay flat. Great set...highly recommend it!
