Our innovative resin wicker is an organic-synthetic blend. Its color is mixed into the material during manufacturing, which enables it to harden permanently so it does not stretch or shrink in varying temperatures and will last for years.

Shipping & Returns
Items under 100 lbs will be shipped via UPS ground. All other orders will be shipped LTL, with an appointment scheduled by the freight company. Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days; however, during peak spring and summer months, this may increase.

White Glove Delivery: For an added convenience, White Glove Delivery agents will unload and place your furniture to the preferred location, and remove all shipping waste when completed. Not all orders qualify for White Glove. If interested, please call us for more information.
Warranty

RST Brands® Warranty

RST Brands® is committed to your satisfaction in the material and workmanship of our products. RST warrants that all products will be free from defects in the material or workmanship to the original consumer purchaser for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If a component is determined to be defective, within the terms of the warranty, RST will furnish a replacement component at no cost. This warranty applies under conditions of normal use, but does not apply to defects or damage that result from intentional or accidental damage, weather or weather related conditions, negligence, or unreasonable use.

In our journey towards excellence, we have partnered with Sunbrella® to offer you the highest quality outdoor upholstery that boasts one of the best fabric warranties in the industry. The Sunbrella® Warranty applies to pieces upholstered with Sunrella® fabric and protects against Sunbrella® fabric becoming unserviceable due to color or strength loss from normal usage and exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew, and atmospheric chemicals.     Care Tips
    • Sunbrella sets the gold standard for fade and stain-resistant upholstery. Most stains can be easily cleaned in just a few easy steps: 1. Rinse clean with water 2. Assemble soap solution of 1/4 cup mild detergent per gallon of lukewarm water 3. Use a soft bristle brush to gently clean fabric 4. Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue and allow the fabric to air dry.
    • We use the highest quality resin wicker so maintenance is as easy as keeping it covered when it's not in use. Simply washing your wicker with mild detergent and water will help it retain its luster for years to come.
    • Our aluminum frames are designed to require minimal maintenance. We recommend you avoid letting too much dirt or dust build-up by cleaning with mild soap and water and never leave your furniture standing in water.
    • Use of RST Brands protective furniture covers is necessary to prevent weather-related damage and to extend the life of your furniture.
